NETWAYS Web Services

 

Stefan told us what is so great about the Messenger App Rocket Chat. (And yes, of course we use it @netways). Then Gabriel wrote about Network Links between OpenStack and Kubernetes Projects and their advantages. And Daniel talked about security issues at the virtual conference DockerCon 2022: Wie geht Containersecurity? And, finally, Sebastian presented the NETWAYS Managed Database! A great addition to our managed services.

Our Ukrainian guests 

 

Bernd wanted to do something to help Ukrainian refugees, and he was the driving force to make it happen: we created a shelter for two families from Ukraine in a separate building where we usually hold our trainings. Read about it in Unsere ukrainischen Gäste im Kesselhaus.

Katja opened the door to the OSMC- archives and shared links to the talks with us. February was such a short month, but we managed to squeeze in a hole lot of quality content for you!

Let`s start with the technical part!

 

Rania kicked off the month with her article LUKS LVM Resizing, a thorough step-by-step guide. And she also informed us of New graphics cards for your NETWAYS projects. Patrick followed with Promox Routed NAT für die NWS Openstack Cloud. Hetzner uva. Then Saeid wrote about the InfluxDB Time Series Database. Stefan gave us an update from NETWAYS Managed Services in Alles im Flow. And Philipp joined in with his article on GO – automatic package updates. Finally Leonie compared GitLab SaaS to IaaS and showed us the difference.
