Stay at NETWAYS: We strive for a long-term employment relationship with our employees and it is very important that they still feel comfortable after many years at NETWAYS. From a few months to 25 years, everything is there: Julian is the longest-serving employee with 25 years of service, Nadja has been with us for 7 years with her mid-20s and Eric has also been with us for a few years since his apprenticeship.
So you see: we can grow old together if you want!
What NETWAYS offers you
Eat, Drink & Chill
In addition to our state-of-the-art NETWAYS kitchen, you can look forward to a beautiful roof terrace and a large selection of free drinks, such as soft drinks, coffee and tea. Help yourself to our diverse MyMuesli range at any time, but yoghurt and fruit are also available for you free of charge at any time – and even cakes on special days.
Leisure & fun
In addition to work, we also offer you the opportunity to spend time together as a team and grow. In addition to the Christmas party and summer party, we organize the NETWAYS Startup Days every year, where you can get together with colleagues from different departments. But even outside of work, individual teams plan events on their own.
We make a company-financed subsidy for your company pension scheme on a voluntary basis. NETWAYS does not subsidize an amount you have selected with 15%, as stipulated by law, but with 20%. Depending on how long you’ve been with the company, NETWAYS pays into another savings plan for your age every month.
Mobile and flexible
Do you prefer to work from the comfort of your home or are you someone who likes to go to work every day? NETWAYS enables you to do both. On the one hand, we offer you an ultra-modern office in the heart of the city of Nuremberg. On the other hand, you can easily take your laptop home with you and carry out your activities comfortably from there.

With NETWAYS it doesn’t matter what gender you are, how old you are or where you come from. We are a mixed bunch of different personalities. We all have our strengths and weaknesses and that’s a good thing, because after all, nobody is perfect! And you definitely fit in there too. We are sure of that!
What do you have to bring to us? Actually only positive vibes! We will provide everything else for you. In addition to a company laptop, which you can of course also use privately, we also offer you a large selection of hardware so that you can work with the resources you need and nothing stands in the way of your work.
