Be a part of our team

Get to know us – first hand

Make us special too

It’s not the technologies that make NETWAYS, it’s the people. Each of us works with a lot of passion in our field and beyond. This passion for our work and the attention to detail distinguish us. Transparency, openness and a healthy culture of errors enable innovations for the company and development for everyone.

Leisure and Fun

The people who work every day to make us even better are important to us. That’s why we also offer the opportunity to spend time together as a team and to grow.

Our summer party and Christmas party are certainly the two highlights of the year, but the individual Teams also plan and organize events on their own. An active part also doesn`t come up short. And sometimes individual employees organize parties in the “Kesselhaus”. A party area disguised as a training room.
