Professional Services
The consultants attend customer appointments, provide advice remotely or on site and manage their projects independently. The consultants have their own department, such as Icinga, Linux, Ansible and many more. The developers develop and program what the customers need. The support engineers are responsible for support when technical customer questions come in and take care of operational support.

Managed Services’ team of System Engineers offers a wide range of open source software and infrastructure products. Take a look at our NETWAYS Web Services platform!
If customers are provided with apps or cloud resources by our platform team, they can request the help and expert knowledge of our extremely friendly MyEngineers!
Icinga
Did you know that Icinga comes from the Zulu language and translates to “search/examine/search”? How appropriate that we are looking for reinforcements! Our employees develop and improve Icinga, the world’s best system and network monitoring software. That means thinking innovatively and adapting to constantly changing environments and trends.
Developers work on programming application updates and creating a pleasant user experience. In addition to the developers, Team Icinga includes product, partner and community managers.
Finance & Administration
Our F&A team takes care of everything to do with finance, controlling and accounting. True to the accounting motto “No booking without receipt”, they ensure that everything is documented and paid for. Our administration team is usually the first point of contact for organizational matters, whether internal or external.

Sales
In sales, the focus is on the customer. Tenders, inquiries, orders: Our colleagues are in sales both technically and commercially fit and therefore up to all requirements.

Marketing
The Team Marketing is behind the professional appearance of NETWAYS, the target group-specific approach and communication at eye level. This is where texts and graphics are created, campaigns are created and channels are used!
The colleagues present our brands, products and services to the outside world and work internally with the various departments to implement their wishes and goals!
Events & Training
NETWAYS plans and organizes large, international open source events such as the OSMC conferences or the stackconf, but also training courses on many different IT topics and applications. Our training courses take place online or on site. The events in cities like Berlin, Nuremberg, Amsterdam or online.
So that all events run smoothly, have top-class staff and learning success is guaranteed as well as well-being, fun and opportunities for exchange and networking, we have our competent Events & Training Team!
IT Service Management
Our IT Service Management Team takes care of the technical company infrastructure and client management, above all the management of all cross-company applications. The focus is on operation in our cloud and IT-supported process consulting.

Your Tasks & Your Workspace
The Icinga development team is looking for an experienced developer to join us in maintaining and building modules for Icinga. Icinga Modules enhance the overall feature set of Icinga by providing special functionalities in the form of extensions to Icinga’s core components. You will be working on the most popular modules for Icinga, such as the Icinga Director, Icinga Business Process Modelling and others.

Your area of responsibility
