Project Management

Our Events Team
The employees from the events team are available for all questions about our events and training courses.
Nach langen Jahren in der Hotellerie, hat sich Markus auf die andere Seite geschlagen und leitet nun bei NETWAYS die Event-Abteilung. Seine langjährige Erfahrung als Hotelmeister hilft uns jedes Jahr die beste Konferenz von allen die noch kommen werden zu veranstalten. Wenn er privat nicht mit seinen Kindern unterwegs ist, entspannt er am liebsten bei der Gartenarbeit oder beim Gitarrespielen.
Lukas ist seit September 2016 bei NETWAYS und hat seine Ausbildung zum Veranstaltungskaufmann bei uns erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Nachdem er alle Bereiche des Eventmanagements kennen gelernt hat, kümmert er sich nun verstärkt um die Schulungsorganisation, unterstützt aber auch bei den Konferenzen. Sportlich verausgabt sich Lukas seit über 10 Jahren intensiv beim Fußball. Seit 2019 trainiert er die C-Jugend des SK Heuchling bei Lauf.
Our Marketing Team
The employees from the marketing and graphics team take care of the focal points of event design, branding and event marketing.
Keya ist seit Oktober 2017 in unserem Marketing Team. Nach ihrer Elternzeit ist sie seit Februar 2024 wieder zurück, um sich speziell um Icinga-Themen zu kümmern.
Wenn sie sich nicht kreativ auslebt, entdeckt sie andere Städte oder schmökert in einem Buch. Ihr Favorit ist “The Shiva Trilogy”.
Ingrida ist seit Mai 2023 im NETWAYS Marketingteam tätig. Sie hat vor kurzem ihr Masterstudium in Marketing Management abgeschlossen und unterstützt uns als Marketing-Spezialistin mit ihrem Wissen in den Bereichen Marketing-Konzeption, Online-Marketing und Branding.
Ingrida kann sich fließend in vier Sprachen unterhalten und in zwei weiteren Sprachen auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie gerne schwimmen und bei schönem Wetter wandern oder Inline-Skates fahren. Sie liebt internationale Küche und probiert gern neue Rezepte aus.
Sebastian verstärkt seit November 2023 unser Marketingteam. Als Marketing Specialist wird er die Kommunikation der NETWAYS GmbH weiter mit ausbauen und neue Ideen einbringen.
Seine Freizeit verbringt Sebastian gerne auf Reisen, als Hobbykoch in der Küche oder am Grill, an der frischen Luft, an und auf dem Wasser, oder auf dem Zweirad.
Barbara, kurz Babsi, ist seit 2022 bei NETWAYS und ist „super happy“, dabei zu sein. Sie verstärkt das Marketing Team im Bereich Grafik und Design.
Ursprünglich kommt Babsi aus dem Münchner Raum und lebt seit 2020 in ihrer Wahlheimat Nürnberg. Privat sieht sie sich gerne die Welt an, kocht, backt und macht Pralinen. Zudem fotografiert sie leidenschaftlich fast alles was ihr vor die Linse kommt. 😉 Und natürlich liebt sie alle Tiere – am liebsten kleine Baby-Kittens.
Katja ist seit Oktober 2020 Teil des Marketing Teams. Als Manager Marketing kümmert sie sich hauptsächlich um das Marketing für die Konferenzen stackconf und OSMC sowie unsere Trainings. Zudem unterstützt sie das Icinga Team mit verschiedenen Social Media Kampagnen und der Bewerbung der Icinga Camps. Sie ist SEO-Verantwortliche für all unsere Websites und sehr viel in unserem Blog unterwegs.
In ihrer Freizeit reist sie gerne, bastelt, backt und engagiert sich bei Foodsharing. Im Sommer kümmert sie sich außerdem um ihren viel zu großen Gemüseanbau.
Seit Dezember 2015 ist Pamela Anführerin des Marketing Teams. Mit ihrer stetig wachsenden Mannschaft arbeitet sie daran, NETWAYS nicht nur erfolgreicher, sondern auch immer schöner zu machen.
Privat ist sie Dompteurin einer Horde von drei Kindern, zwei Pferden, drei Katzen und einem Hund. Für Langeweile bleibt also keine Zeit!
