Lukas ist seit September 2016 bei NETWAYS und hat seine Ausbildung zum Veranstaltungskaufmann bei uns erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Nachdem er alle Bereiche des Eventmanagements kennen gelernt hat, kümmert er sich nun verstärkt um die Schulungsorganisation, unterstützt aber auch bei den Konferenzen. Sportlich verausgabt sich Lukas seit über 10 Jahren intensiv beim Fußball. Seit 2019 trainiert er die C-Jugend des SK Heuchling bei Lauf.
Nach langen Jahren in der Hotellerie, hat sich Markus auf die andere Seite geschlagen und leitet nun bei NETWAYS die Event-Abteilung. Seine langjährige Erfahrung als Hotelmeister hilft uns jedes Jahr die beste Konferenz von allen die noch kommen werden zu veranstalten. Wenn er privat nicht mit seinen Kindern unterwegs ist, entspannt er am liebsten bei der Gartenarbeit oder beim Gitarrespielen.

General Terms and Conditions for the laptop rental of the company NETWAYS Event Services GmbH
Scope
The following terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between NETWAYS Event Services GmbH and the lessee of laptops.These terms and conditions apply exclusively. Deviations therefrom require the express written consent of NETWAYS Event Services GmbH.
Rental item
NETWAYS Event Services GmbH provides the lessee with laptops. The number and specification of the laptops results from the order.
Rental period

The rental period begins at the agreed time and ends at the agreed time. An extension of the rental period requires the consent of NETWAYS Event Services GmbH. If the rental period is exceeded without the consent of the lessor, the lessee undertakes to pay a contractual penalty in the amount of the daily rental price per day.
Payment terms
.
Invoice is due and payable within 10 days after return of the laptops.
Return
The laptops are to be returned in the condition in which they were handed over. In addition, the laptops are to be returned/sent back at the end of the rental period. The lessee has the obligation to put the laptops including accessories back into the stealcase as the lessee found it. In case of damage beyond normal wear and tear, the renter is liable for the damage. NETWAYS Event Services GmbH reserves the right to carry out an inspection of the laptops after they have been returned.
Liability
The tenant is liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded. Liability for damages caused by the use of defective material or defective work is limited to the invoice amount. Liability for consequential damages caused by defects is excluded.
Data protection
NETWAYS Event Services GmbH collects, stores and processes personal data of the tenant exclusively within the framework of the rental agreement and in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.
