Individual Support Contracts

For Icinga 2, Elastic Stack, Request Tracker, MySQL and Puppet we provide specific support contracts, scaling depending on the service level. Of course they can be combined as well.

In case you wish to purchase multiple support contracts, we can provide an individual quote with different prices. Depending on your requirements we can provide overall support contracts for your environment.

Note: Please be advised that this scalability is only possible within the confinment of a specific customer environment (in different locations if applicable), e.g. an Icinga 2 setup, which also uses Puppet and the Elastic Stack.

In addition we provide special support contracts for GraylogBareos and OpenNebula on which the developer companies provide support. Further details about that can be found on the corresponding support sites.
