OSDC offers a unique opportunity to meet with Open Source professionals and insiders, gather and share expertise over 3 days of presentations, hands-on workshops and social networking. Thematic focus in 2016 will be Infrastruce as Code | Containers and Databases | Tools & Infrastructure. OSDC particularly addresses experienced administrators and architects. 

Highlights of OSDC 2016

Jörg Schad is a software engineer at Mesosphere in Hamburg where he works on the Apache Mesos project. 

Dawn Foster is a PhD student at the University of Greenwich and a consultant at The Scale Factory in London. She spent the past 20 years working at companies like Puppet Labs, Intel and more.

Kris Buytaert is a long time linux and open source consultant. He's one of the instigators of the devops movement, currently working for Inuits.

Ján Lieskovský is a software engineer at Red Hat. He has worked at Red Hat since 2005, focusing on computer security.

Jonathan Boulle works at CoreOS on all things distributed and all things contained. Prior to CoreOS, he worked at Twitter on their cluster management platform based on Mesos and Aurora.

Monica Sarbu is the creator of the Packetbeat open source project and the team lead of the Beats team inside Elastic.
