Weekly Snap: OSMC coming up

23 – 27 August was dedicated to the approaching 5th Open Source Monitoring Conference (OSMC) in Nuremberg on 6 -7 October.
The program is now online, featuring respected open source figures the likes of Michael Medin on NSClient++ developments and Wolfgang Barth on Merlin. To offer a perspective from OS monitoring action, Johannes Mainusch, Vice President of Operations at XING will give us a peek behind the scenes of the high traffic networking platform with over 9 million members worldwide.
To ensure attendees won’t miss a speech, our partner Linux Magazine will provide live streaming and presentation videos after the event. Known for their high quality server sytems, Thomas Krenn will also be supporting with a showcase of the latest server technologies.
Topping it all off, a dinner and drinks event on the first evening promises a hearty Franconian buffet and flowing cocktails for relaxed networking and chatter.
