stackconf 2020 will now take place as an online event. Due to the global outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and the concerns and restrictions coming with it we decided to take stackconf online. To be honest: Realizing that we can not hold on to stackconf in Berlin as it was planned, was sad at first. But slowly but surely it showed its good sides too! ?

Speakers support stackconf online

The first awesome discovery: Our speakers support us here! Almost all of them confirmed their talk. That‘s great and makes us very thankful! Visit our speakers site at stackconf.eu/speakers to see who is in. Talks by well-known experts like David Pilato from Elastic, Monika Khanna from IBM, Kendall Nelson from The OpenStack Foundation and Rahul Bajaj from Red Hat focus on topics like agile methods, continuous integration, container, hybrid and cloud solutions.

New: stackconf 2020 will be extended by one day and now take place June 16 – 18, 2020 (CET/MEZ), in order to offer all talks in one single track.

How stackconf online works

The presentations will be recorded in advance to avoid any problems during a live online presentation, and broadcasted within a fixed schedule. During and after their talks the speakers will be available to attendees to answer questions in a live chat. There will be a moderator to guide attendees through the event, more virtual spaces for networking and discussions, and a digital sponsors exhibition.
