Attendee cancellations

A booking may be cancelled up to the 08.08.2007. The conference organizer will charge a cancellation fee of €100 + VAT. After this date (including late bookings) a cancellation is no longer possible and the full sum must be paid. Reservations may of course be transferred to another participant at any time.

Taxes

This event is primarily aimed at business customers, and the prices listed here are therefore excl. VAT (currently 19%). This applies also to EU and non-EU customers. In this case the conference is considered under german tax rules to be a service supplied AT the conference venue (i.e. Germany), and therefore attracts VAT at the 19% rate. This is treated differently to a delivery of goods outside of Germany or a service we supply to you on-site.

Invoice and payment

You will receive an invoice via email when you register. This must be paid within 7 days. If the conference organizer does not receive payment within this time, then the reservation may be reallocated. In any case, participation at the conference is only possible for fully paid-up attendees.

Liabilities

The organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel or alter the programme of the event at short notice. In the event of a postponement all registrations will remain valid. Should the conference be cancelled, then all fees paid will naturally be reimbursed in full. In no event will the liabiliy of the organizer exceed the sum paid.

Sound and video recordings

Certain presentations and events at the conference will be recorded and later made available to other participants and/or 3rd parties. By registering you agree to allow publication of any recordings made.

The Nagios Conference (aka. "Nagios Konferenz") is organized by NETWAYS EventServices GmbH, a daughter company of NETWAYS GmbH. The copyright of all conference content is owned by the organizer.
