Our data centers are the safest place your servers will find. Here they will be protected from almost any threat you can think of:

Unbreakable Power

Multiple power stations and different inlets provide electrical power to our data centers. Although the German power grid is one of the most robust in the world and very reliable, there are multiple UPSes, providing battery backed power during short blackouts. In the worst case, the on-site generators can run for more than 72 hours.

Air Conditioning and Fire Prevention

There is a n+1 redundant air conditioning system in the Data Center, providing constantly low temperature and humidity. Air is brought into the data racks via a raised floor, which ensures constant air flow within the racks.

Fire can never harm your devices in our data centers, because they are equipped with an oxygen reduction system that lowers the air's oxygen level below that required to sustain a fire. Nevertheless, there is also a powerful backup fire detection and extinguishing system.

Access and Physical Security

Access to the site is strictly regulated and monitored: There is an interlocked double door entry system with electronic locks, that regulates access to the server rooms. All areas are closely monitored by camera surveillance and guards are on site.
